Amped up Pancakes, Waffles, or Muffins
  • Choose your favorite plain pancake, waffle, or muffin recipe.
  • Add 1/2 cup Hillyer’s Cranberries & Walnuts to that batter.
  • Generously coat the cooking surface of your pan with Pam for Baking, or a similar product to avoid sticking.
  • Pour the batter into/on the cooking surface and cook as directed in the recipe.
  • Serve with butter and a ramekin of Hillyer’s Cranberries & Walnuts on the side for spreading.
