Use on sandwiches, in sauces, and in deviled eggs. GREAT on roast beef! Use in place of Dijon mustard when making your favorite vinaigrette.

Deviled Eggs (Serves 4)
  • Hard boil 6 eggs.
  • Thoroughly cool, then peel eggs.
  • Cut each egg in half. Put the yolks into a small mixing bowl.
  • Thoroughly mash the yolks with a fork until there are no lumps.
  • Add to yolks: 2 tsp. mayonnaise, 1 Tbs. Matheny’s Mustard with Horseredish, and salt and pepper to taste. Mix thoroughly.
  • Spoon a dollop of yolk mixture into each egg white. Sprinkle with paprika or finely minced parsley or cayenne for a kick!
  • Chill before serving.
